Applying the Social Identity Approach to everyday life
The NTU Social Identity Research Group is located in the Department of Psychology at Nottingham Trent University. We are part of the Groups, Identities, and Health Research Group. (Twitter: @gihntu)
The group members' focus is to apply the Social Identity Approach to real-world contexts. In particular, our research focuses on Social Cure and Social Curse perspectives, and we are the largest UK research group which explores these topics. We are proud to have created a creative, collaborative, and open-minded environment where each member both offers and receives support from one another.
We hosted the 5th International Conference on Social Identity and Health.
